AN: Yay, my first new story for a while now. I'll try to keep it going this time. This one is a bit different from the others, it'll have pictures! I just got Sims 2 back on my computer and it's really excellent for story-telling. You'll see what I mean when I post the first chapter. But if you're one of those people who like to imagine the characters and situations for themselves, I'll add a text-only version of the story. So I'll try to post chapter one very soon Smile

"I'm going to miss you so fucking much," I mumble, my voice hoarse with tears. "I'll be home again before you know it," She says, pulling me into a tight hug. I clutch at her, nodding my head.
The taxi is coming any second now and I only have this time to say goodbye to the most amazing person I have ever known. She pulls away, holding me at arm's length, and looks at me. I stare back, trying to memorize every detail of her face, becoming frustrated as fresh tears push against my eyes, blurring my vision.
I have seen my sister everyday for sixteen years and the thought of her going to college six hundred miles away feels like a punch to the stomach. Whenever I needed her, she was there to pick up the pieces.
"What am I supposed to do if Mom takes off again?" I ask quietly. What I mean to say is when she takes off again, or How the hell can you leave me behind? Or What am I supposed to do without you? Olivia gives me a knowing look and I wonder if she can see these questions in my eyes.
"You can call me, anytime." She says. I bite my lip. "And visit me, whenever you feel like taking a road trip." She smiles wearily and I wonder if she's as close to breaking as I am.
"You're going to be okay." Liv promises. It's hard to tell who she's trying to convince: me, or herself. She reaches over and strokes my hair and I still under her touch. A tear sails my cheek, lingering on my chin before plummeting to the concrete below. I feel like I'm sinking with it, unable to break my fall.

A taxi pulls up beside the sidewalk, its driver looking impatient. Can't he see he's taking away everything important to me?
"That's my cue," Olivia whispers. Her breathing is ragged from unshed tears and it occurs to me that I have never seen her cry. She has always been the one to dry my tears.
Who would put me back together again once she left?

It's a surreal thing, watching my best friend walk away. She opens the cab's door, ready to slip inside.
"Olivia." I can't help it. It has always been second nature for me to call her back when I need her. I say it in the smallest whisper of a breathe, so light that she doesn't hear. The door slams shut and I watch as the taxi drives out of sight.
So this is how it feels when your cries go unanswered. I cry freely now, until everything becomes a blur, until I can't see clearly anymore.

AN: Not gonna lie, this is pretty terrible. I'm a really bad photographer x) Anyway, I hope the pictures add a little more to the story. Chapter two coming shortly.
Also, I won't edit the pictures as much next time (I think it makes it a bit hard to see what's going on). The colors in the original pictures were really ugly, so I tweaked them a bit, haha x)
