Chapter One:
The Break-up...
Carson sat on the park bench waiting for
his beautiful girlfriend, Kara Bennett. They've
been dating for five years and he loved her more
than anything in the world. He smiled at the
thought of how pretty she was, with her gorgeous
white perfect smile. Her short beautiful bruntette
hair. Het petite body with perfect curves, with fair skin.
And the green hazel eyes that anybody could get lost in.
She never frowned, she was always happy with her
bubbley personality. Her friendly voice that draws every
body in. Everybody loved her, and everybody was her
friend, she had no enemies. It was impossible to hate
Kara.
She had asked him to meet her here today, she said
she had something important to tell him. Carson
sat there thinking about what it could possibably
be about, did Kara want to get married or something.
he smiled at the thought of Kara wanting to ger married.
He would love to marry her. He loved her so much.
About five minutes later Kara came walking up with her
hands in her pockets, she wasn't smiling.
"Hey baby" Carson said and stood up to hug her.
She lightly hugged him the quickly pulled away.
"Whats wrong?" He asked looking at her sad face.
"We need to talk." Kara said while sitting down, he
saw tears forming in her pretty eyes.
He sat down right beside her and waited for her to
speak, even when sad her voice was still angelic.
"Well were about to go to college and were going
to different universities, far away." Kara spoke
slowly.
"I can switch to yours" Carson said, hoping that
was the only problem, he and Kara had never fought,
not even once. They were perfect for each other.
Kara shook her head no.
"No, don't. We're growing up, we're going into
adulthood and I think we should have fun and explore
the life college has to offer....with no attachments."
A tear fell from her eyes and she looked down.
carson wiped her tears away.
"What do you mean, no attachments?" Carson asked
leaning away slightly.
"I mean, i don't think we should have to worry about
making mistakes and hurting someone else because of
thoses mistakes." She answered.
Carson gave her a confused look, he was still unsure
of what she was trying to say.
Kara took a deep breath,
"I think we should break up, see other people."
she said, more tears began to fall from her eyes.
"Im so sorry Carson, I've been thinking about this
for awhile now, I just didn't know how to say it."
Kara cried harder, looking at him in the eye.
he was speachless, a long time? Was she planning
this? How long was she planning this?
He swore he could hear his heart breaking.
Kara's tears stopped falling, she wipped her
eyes and waited from him to speak.
"Im so sorry.." She said again.
"I don't need an apology Kara, if you think its the
right thing to do....then it must be." He said
in a mumble.
She stood up and gave him a small hug
then walked to her car.
He sat there hurting. He could feel tears forming
but refused to let them fall.
The next day was graduation, she just ruined it
for him.
But he couldn't let go of her just yet, He loved her.
How could he forget this love.
