The taste of Corona sits on my tongue, as we head out to the middle of the road. I am laughing so hard, taking another sip of the poison. “Reed! GO FASTER!” Someone screams. I push Reed, and make him go faster. He’s just a little buzzed, so Reed steps on the gas. The highway is in our sight, and everyone shouts with joy.
Let's get drunk and go out driving, let's see just how quickly we can go
I grab another beer, and pop open the bottle, before bringing it to my lips. Reed, who is sitting next to me, grabs it, and takes a sip. I swipe it from him, flirting a little. He flirts back, and steals my beer. I let him have it, getting my tequila. Drew looks out the window and screams at me, “OLD LADY! WATCH THE FUCK OUT!”
Let's get ploughed and plough down some old lady, let's just drink and bu.mp the stereo
I turn the stereo up, drowning out Drew’s protest. Alex laughs at me, and I crack a smile back. I am slurring my words, and Reed seems to be the only sane person in the car. Drew rolls down the window, and I hear someone puking. “Drew, stop puking shit out my car. You are drunk off your fucking ass.” Reed grumbles, but he can hardly say he isn’t at least buzzed.
Let's go down and vomit out of the window, let's keep score of how many we kill
Reed has had a few more beers, and his words are slurred. I am laughing so hard, I have no idea what I’m doing. Alex is passed out, and we are going into a random exit. I am having a blast, and take a sip of my tequila.
Two tequila slammers on the dashboard, there's an alcoholic at the wheel
We turn a sharp corner, and some beer bottles spill on the floor. Reed seems a little mad at the wasted beer, as he bought a ton for the party we are going to. Were already screwed over, but none of us give a flying fuck about it. I take a sip of the one bottle that hasn’t been drunk yet, or it’s Reed’s. He is drinking my tequila.
Careful when I'm taking this next corner, don't want anybody wasting beer
I take the tequila, and mix it with the beer. I can’t taste anything anymore, and I’m super drunk. I slur my words, and start to make out with Reed’s shoulder. The car is wobbly, and it’s hard to see where were going. My stomach is overflowing with alcohol.
Pass another lime and Corona, too drunk to use my butt when shifting gear
I feel us slam into something. My body jolts with pain.
Let's get drunk and go out driving
Something else slams into us. The car is on the other side. Someone swears at us. I burst into tears, and Reed’s head has hit something. It’s so blurry, and there are flashing red lights everywhere.
We're going and we're never coming back
“Are you drunk Miss?” Someone pulls me out. I nod, ashamed of myself. I’m over twenty one, so it’s okay for me to be drunk. They aren’t taking anyone else out of the car. I am shaking.
We're going and we're never coming back
“Who was driving, Miss?” He asks me. I reply, choking on my words, “Reed Samson.” He pulls out a notepad, and writes down the name. He looks at me, and asks a few more questions. Drew comes out, and is asked questions too. Alex and Reed are still in the car. I cry.
We're going and we're never coming back
song is by green day. i was either going to do this song, or Holiday. But i chose D.U.I. it's not on an album. Sorry, it's so short. the song is about two minutes long, and it's suppose to be short. Moral of the story is: Never drink and drive.
